What it keeps track of

A logbook that does the arithmetic for you.

Vials: Compound names are free text. Reconstitute with your own numbers, watch remaining volume, and run a vial out into the next one without losing its history.
Draw math: Concentration, volume and syringe units computed as you type, for U-100, U-40 or any custom scale. A flag tells you when a draw is too small to read.
Log: One tap per administration. Site, time and notes. Edit or delete anything later.
Schedules: Daily, weekly or every-N-days. Finite courses that stop when you say. Local notifications for upcoming and missed doses.
Protocols: Group several compounds into phases with their own start dates, and see where you are in the current period at a glance.
Orals: Tablets and capsules too: count on hand, record what you took, log refills.
Compliance: A calendar view and streaks built from your log alone. No inferences, no correlations.
Observations: Note how you feel on your own terms, in your own words, on your own timeline.
Export: Full JSON or CSV export whenever you want it. Move to a new phone with end-to-end encrypted transfer.
App lock: Face ID, fingerprint or PIN on open.

Where your data goes

Everything this app will ever send fits in one table.

Most apps bury this in a policy. Here is the complete list. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, and nothing phones home in the background.

Register identity	Once, on first launch.	A random ID generated on your phone, plus whether it's iOS or Android.	Your name, email, or anything about you. There is no account.
Referral code	Only if you type one in during setup.	The code (checked first, so you can see any offer attached to it), that same random ID, and a one-way hash of the device ID so a referral can't be counted twice.	Your log. The hash is deleted after the referrer is paid.
Subscription	When you subscribe or restore a purchase.	Handled by the App Store or Google Play, then verified through RevenueCat with anonymous receipt data.	Card details. We never see them.
Cloud Transfer	Only when you move to a new phone and pick the cloud option.	One encrypted blob our server cannot open. Deleted when your new phone downloads it, or after 24 hours.	The key. It only ever exists on your two devices.
AI assistant	Off unless you connect a provider yourself with your own API key, then only when you send a message.	Your question, and whatever it looks up in your logbook to answer it. Straight from your phone to the provider you picked, under your key and their policies.	Anything to us. We run no AI, hold no key, and see none of it.

Logging, schedules and calculators work in airplane mode. The optional assistant needs a connection to your provider. The assistant is the one feature that can send your log off the phone, and it is switched off until you connect your own provider and key, which sends it to them rather than to us. Install and start. There is no sign-up, so there is nothing to breach and nothing to reset.

Offline by default

Your data lives in a local database on the phone. Nothing syncs unless you deliberately move it.
